AIMS
Pollokshields Heritage aims, by charitable means only, to promote and encourage the following :
- to stimulate public interest in all aspects of local environment.
- to encourage development that enhances the area, having regard to amenity, open space and the character and vernacular of the area.
- to support the conservation and/or restoration of buildings of importance, private or public.
- to pursue these ends by meetings, lectures, publications and the promotion of schemes of a charitable nature.
